Elliott Neff has watched firsthand what happens when government grows unchecked. Having lived in Washington State for 30 years, he witnessed sales tax rise from approximately 6% into double digits — and now in 2026, WA state just passed an income tax in defiance of its own constitution. He moved to South Dakota in part to escape that trajectory, and he will do all he can to ensure it never happens here.

Accountable government means elected officials who make decisions based on long-term outcomes — not short-term political gain. Elliott brings the strategic thinking of a chess master to public policy: always thinking 20 moves ahead, always asking what the consequences will be for our children and grandchildren.
